Highlights

The nature of my job requires moving around a lot, in which case I tend to walk around to see the beautiful views of what a new community has to offer.

Challenges

I’ve been ill since mid January, and it persisted throughout February. I started to get better, had one day at the gym, and subsequently got sick all over again. I learned to prioritise rest and immunity-boosting foods to recover.

Goals for Next Month

  • Get back into the gym
  • Continue eating well for immunity and health
  • Try bouldering (again)
